Patients are screened for Covid-19 symptoms at the time of their appointment request. If you have tested positive for COVID you will be scheduled for a telemedicine appointment. If your at-home COVID test is negative or if you would like to be tested, we an schedule you for an in-person office visit. Please wear a mask if you have a fever, coughing, runny nose, or other respiratory symptoms.

Masks for Staff, Patients, and Visitors: Masks at this time are optional unless you are coming in for a sick visit or respiratory related concern. This recommendation may change depending on county levels of COVID-19 cases. We have masks available at check-in if you do not have your own mask.

Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer is available at each check-in, check-out counter and in each exam room. Each member of our health care staff sanitizes their hands before and after each patient encounter.
